My satisfaction with your product, I believe it is just the best support system on the market. For "On the wall installation" seeing no support wires holding up the shelves is the best. Your custom made ceiling bracket's and special curve's I needed look just great. The composite wood that you make your shelves, is so strong, there is no movement from a heavy train. I must admit I was a bit skeptical that just the "C Channel" would hold up a heavy train. But the tight fit and the strength of the wood does the job. A great product.

Kim - I am very satisfied with the product. The product was made very well and I do not expect any problems with it going forward. I have recommended the shelving to many people already. If I had to buy the shelving again, I would buy more from Jim DiSanto.
He answered all my questions when I was purchasing them and then answered my installation questions. By the way, it was very easy to install.

Kim - Funny you should write about the train shelving, because I was just thinking about it. Almost a year ago I approached Jim and his company, looking to purchase shelving. Right up front let me say that I was also a little concerned about purchasing sign unseen but Jim laid those fears to rest very quickly. He sent me a sample of the product so that I could evaluate it, and worked with me back and forth via email for almost 2 months on a layout. As far as customer service he gets top marks in my book; I could not have asked for more assistance, and any problems that occur when I actually put the shelving up will be the fault of my measurements. It was delivered on time and looks great (although I’ve mostly left it in the packing to protect it). I think it was well worth the cost.

Hi Jim - I just wanted to tell you how much I like your product. The shelving was very easy to install, even for someone like me who is not very handy. The instructions were straightforward, and the shelves went up without a hitch. I was able to install the shelves over a couple of weeks, working one or two hours here and there. It could have easily been done in one weekend. They look great, and really complement my office. I enjoy having my Lionel train running around the room as I work. The shelves are extremely
solid once installed, and have allotted of aesthetic appeal. I have received many compliments from all my friends who have seen the room. Again, thanks for making
